The sheets were not changed. They were stained. The room only came with one towel. The parking spot were very narrow and small, we did not feel safe parking there. Staff was very dismissive when asking questions or voicing concerns.

We arrived with my family at 11:20 p.m. The hotel room was quite old; the beds were dirty, the sheets were unclean, and on top of that, there were insects inside the room. The bathroom— the toilet was loose, it looked like it was going to break. The shower was rusted on the metal, and there was mold. It gave me no sense of hygiene or safety for me and my family. We decided to leave. Half an hour after we arrived at the hotel, I spoke with reception; he agreed to move us to another room. But, definitely, the hotel did not deserve a second chance, especially if they don’t care about cleanliness and customer safety. 0 out of 10, not recommended; we preferred to go to another hotel and pay again for a service that this hotel did not provide.
