When i walked into the lobby it had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy. The Check-in clerk was friendly and gave me directions to my room and told me the times for the complimentary breakfast. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to Anchor Bar. Check out was also quick and easy. The check out clerk was also friendly.

Breakfast ran out of bacon and eggs, so they substituted them with Jimmy Dean that I wouldn't eat. Transit Rd is very busy at times, so bring light ear plugs. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby within 10 min walk for fast food or a few places to sit and eat. Was budget friendly and my lower fair reviews are tolerable for most.
