勝田駅の賑やかじゃない方から降りてすぐなのでアクセスはいいです。フロント1名で対応しているので、電話しても音声ガイダンスのみで人は応対しないので　緊急連絡は伝わりません。また、エレベーターが1機しかないので時間に余裕を持って行動しましょうww お値段なりのホテルですが、水戸のホテルがバカ高いので泊まりました。
