The location is really good. It’s walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. It’s just 3 min walk to stephanplatz metro line. The only downside is their wifi, its too weak. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. I will recommend it.

Hotel was well located and staff very helpful but we found it annoying that one had to make a breakfast choice upon check-in or suffer a 25% penalty. That said, the one morning we did have breakfast there we were pleased with the options and quality.

We were greeted at the desk and allowed early check in - which was REALLY appreciated after a long overnight flight. Then to find out we were upgraded. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and very clean. But I think the best part was opening the window and looking down on the plaza. Excellent Experience at This Hotel

I recently stayed here and was absolutely delighted with the service. The staff was incredibly kind and always attentive to my needs. The room was spotless, clean, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location is perfect, close to everything I needed, which made my trip much easier. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna.
