Amazing stay. This is the best hotel in Lourdes - the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and the spa facilities were lovely. Really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub jacuzzi and the swimming pool was just stunning. My room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the sanctuary

This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. Hotel qui ne mérite pas 5 étoiles

Très décevant pour un établissement affiché 5 étoiles. Le mobilier est bas de gamme et l’hôtel donne une impression vieillissante. La piscine couverte est glaciale, avec de la rouille sur les vis et des traces de moisissures. Dans la chambre, la climatisation est extrêmement bruyante, sans compter les toiles d’araignée. Enfin, le manager s’est montré antipathique, ce qui n’arrange rien. Bref, on est très loin du niveau de service et de qualité que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de ce standing.
