This is such a lovely hotel! The rooms are delightful - spacious, clean, well appointed with a luxurious and comfortable bed. The view over to the Basilicas and town is stunning. I thought the property was nice and the hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. I believe the receptionist in the front, Lily was so kind and helpful she even when out of here way to mail some postcards for my mother and helped us with all transportation. Everyone in dining area and servers were very kind to my daughter and well mannered. I did not like the location of the hotel. It is on a very high hill, pretty far from the basilica and it was a lot of walking for my mom and my daughter. I would have preferred a much more closer hotel to get back and forth to basilica easier. I was fine with the walking but my mother was not able to do it so we had to take taxis back and forth.
