Stayed two nights in early July and had a near perfect experience. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful with reservations etc. The hotel is immaculate, with fresh, well-designed rooms. There is a wonderful patio bar/restaurant on the roof with amazing views of the city. With its central location you can walk pretty much everywhere. We had a terrific stay here. Highly, highly recommended.

Hotel Raphaël Wow! Where should I begin! This hotel is completely over the top! We were treated like royalty at every turn! Every one of the staff members in this hotel is amazing! As much as I’d like to name them all, let me say Mary and Paloma at the front desk were incredible! Our room was truly 5 star, and so spacious! Breakfast was wonderful! Everyone was kind and courteous! One street off Piazza Navona, and close to all other attractions. We will NEVER stay in any other hotel in Rome again!

Europe Tour- Stop at Rome

Me and my wife been traveling Europe for past 2 months and chose Bio Raphael for our 4 nights stay in Rome. Only excellent things to say, it made our Rome trip memorable. All the staff are very competent, friendly and always helpful. We very greeted with smiles always regardless time of day. The location of this hotel is strategic, getting around on foot in Rome is not difficult. And the hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. 5 stars all around!

Fabulous roof top terrace, but unfortunately has a vegan restaurant. Not an ideal choice for people looking for the best of Italian cuisine.
