When I booked this property I read a review of 7 out of 10 stars. I struggle to find how the 7 was achieved. Our check in was seamless as the front desk employee was wonderful. Other than that, it was a pretty rough stay. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, floors felt sticky, and there were stains on our towels and washcloths. The toilet did not flush, but the manager did repair it, and we waited til close to 8 am this morning, and never had access to the coffee that was promised. We completely overpaid for this room as we were in town for an event at Bristol Motor speedway, but if you’re paying colossally more, you should have nicer amenities.

While booking I had a personal error. This error had the potential to ruin our complete stay in TN. The management staff at this location was understanding & showed grace with my needs.
