This is one of the nicer hotels in the area, most look pretty run down. The breakfast was good, they have the make it yourself waffle machines, which are always fun for my kid, and the lady working in the kitchen was very helpful and sweet. Best part of this hotel is the resident cat, Samantha, she is the cutest thing, the staff takes care of her. All hotels should have a lobby cat !

Hot breakfast buffet was decent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a little touch up but it was clean. Big issue is I got eaten up every night. Each morning, I woke up with more bites on my head and neck. Checked for bedbugs and didn't see any evidence so I think maybe fleas?

The room was an easy access/ handicap. Since it was located directly in front of the elevator, it was very noisy from early in the morning until late at night. The bathroom was over done with “Pinesol” very strong odor and not rinse mopped. Floor was very slick. Large hole in the wall for plumbing. Cable TV cable coming out of the ceiling with a large hole. Walls were dirty. I have pictures of everything. There were cats roaming in the hotel, staff was polite. I’m sure the health dept. and Fire dept. would not think holes in the walls and dirty walls and floors are acceptable. I have stayed in other comfort inns that were very nice. I think this could have been much better if corporate inspection was unannounced and observed.
Hole around plumbing drain. Pipes not clean and covered.
Hole in ceiling. Not fire safe. Not properly covered and secured.
Walls not clean. Actually pretty nasty if you really look.
Cats roaming throughout the hotel. Observed cats in the 2nd story window on south side of hotel.
