The hotel was in a good location for what was needed, and was ok. The bed was extremely high and I’m 6’2’ and had to take a jump to get on it. The staff on arrival were not very friendly or helpful but there were a large number of staff who were fantastic .

This resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff extremely helpful and the food was amazing. Couldn’t get over the view from Azure restaurant especially for breakfast. So many areas to explore and there was live entertainment most nights. The only thing is that the Crane beach had a lot of seaweed but it still didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place, service is on top!!! Great pools, especially Family Selection, where you can find spf cream, body lotion and anti mosquito cream. What was very helpful for us! In the room’s bathroom you can find L'OCCITANE cosmetics which is perfect for body and hair. We had two birthdays during the stay and the room was decorated two times for us! The food was delicious There were real flowers in each bathroom, not artificial flowers, which I loved! Highly recommend this resort!

The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are lovely and the views are incredible. There’s an underlying feeling that the staff is forced to be nice and would rather not have to deal with tourists. We had a hard time with meals, as no one could be bothered to get orders correct. The breakfast buffet was obscenely expensive for the type of food offered. Their Zen restaurant made the most awful sushi I have ever tasted. The setting of the hotel is stunning but it’s a drive to any other attractions or amenities.

The staff demonstrated a pleasant demeanor. I left several notes for specific staff members at the front desk, which have not yet been delivered to the intended recipients. I found the text-based communication system from the front desk and hub to be highly effective, as it facilitated quick and easy resolution of issues without the need for a physical visit to the front desk or a phone call.Over all our stay was good.Should have a compensation for returning guest.We can stay many places in Barbados but we chose the Crane..
