The pool was full as the hotel was sold out BUT everyone was friendly and the kids had a blast. The pool staff & laundry team worked hard to keep up with clean towel demand but they did it! The staff was prepared for the large crowd at breakfast; it was more than a continental offering. The rooms were clean and simple--exactly what we needed for our family outing. This place is a little gem for families with small children for a quick reprieve from daily grind.

The hotel was pretty clean overall which is a huge plus. The staff was great. One of our complaints was the noise, even though it is a kid centred hotel, the noise travels terribly, and there is constantly banging, running, thumping and continuous loud noise as if someone else is in your room. Our hotels have bumps and noises, but this was exceptionally loud. This can be difficult with small children and naps. Our other complaint was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable to the point that my husband and I were honestly barely able to sleep.

Staff member who was in the pool area on 2/16 evening was aggressive towards the kids in the area playing and got into an argument with a parent over how she treated the kids. Did not realize there was not an elevator which is hard with a handicap parent and room on second floor. Was told to park on one side of the hotel to be close to the room button ended up being on total opposite side of hotel.

The staff is very friendly but the rooms and facilities are definitely older. No elevators!! While the bathroom seemed clean the rest of the room could use a deep clean. Hasn’t been dusted in awhile. It’s sad to see that the splash harbor is so run down because it looked like it was once nice. Other than that the beds were comfortable, seemed safe and smelled okay.

Pool water park is great. Kids had a blast! The hotel is very well maintained and organised. Staff is also very friendly and one of the gentleman that stayed at the pool was fantastic. I forgot his name but he is a foreign worker with so much energy and empathy. Loved it!

The room was really spacious and lots of room to spread out. It'd be nice to have 2 chairs at the table though for when you're eating. We did discover ants in our bathroom and brought it to staff attention but they didn't offer to do anything about it other then to say sorry... The pool was nice, however the family hot tub was really, really HOT compared to the adults hot tub. My son and i both had a pretty bad rash for a few days after. Idk if from the chemicals or the hit water. Breakfast was good though!
