2nd time here and it never dissapoint. Lovely and clean hotel. It was an emergency stay over and it was just as good as when I stayed the first time. Breakfast was a bonus, delicious. Lovely hotel. Lovely bunch of staffs.

Staff tried to make up for the inadequacies. The lounge was used as a room for local tenants. Bed was terrible. Tv wasn’t working. Room was malodorous. The electricity power went off only to receive apologies that they are working to fix the generator. To summarise, it’s a rundown hotel, which have not been refurbished for years. Furniture is archaic and the bed is the worst in the world. Terrible place .. very disappointing from what it was 5 years ago.

My stay was unpleasant and I had to check out earlier than usual. The property was unclean and the service was very poor. TV in my room was not working, the lights to stairwall and landing some where not working. I will request a refund as my stay was not as I expected as I have previously stayed at the guest house.

Nice and quiet place to stay

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff and a good breakfast included each morning. I used the laundry and airport service and they both were good. The price is reasonable and the only negative thing is getting used to the frequent power outages, but that usually takes five minutes before they turn on the generator. An automated service switching between the EDSA and the generator would be recommended.
