The guy running the place was pretty chill. I booked a no smoking room, but the people living beside me would smoke outside right next to my room. Had to keep a FeBreeze plug-in and spray handy. Also make sure to bring drain unclogger to poor down the drain of the shower. You do not want to get to your room and the drain is clogged right when you're about to take a shower. It's the most annoying thing ever. If you have no choice but to stay here for a day or a few days, just remember that the staff will not always immediately respond to requests when it comes to problems with your room. It's best to be prepared and to fix these problems yourself.

When we got to the non smoking room it smelled of nothing but cigarette smoke. Checked the sheets and bed linens there was blood on those…told the front desk, they moved us. The new room they put us in had blood on the shower curtain and the room was just icky. Definitely will spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else.

The floor in the room was nasty so there for the towels where nasty upon me checking out so i ddint revice my deopist back and i will be connected the Tennessee health department and letting tem know they have cockroch in the hotel rooms and it nasty and smell like black mold when u go enter there rooms u wanna be nasty i can to be nasty i so will be contact lawyer over the mold

The lady that was at front counter had a bad attitude,when we checked in...I booked for 2 people,we got one really small towel,no soap ,and the toilet paper,was almost gone.onlyone blanket looked clean on the bed

My room was filthy. Roaches everywhere, burnt sheets, dirty microwave, everything was disgusting. Only stayed for an hour, asked for a refund and they said I had to call Expedia to request it. They later told Expedia I never mentioned anything to them. Filed a complaint.

First, what part of a NON-Smoking room reservation did they not understand? Room was heavily smoked in, had to have the door wide open for hours just to stand to be in there! Was the worst place I have stayed in over 50 years of traveling in Mexico, the US of A and Canada! Drawers had the fronts busted off and unusable, filthy, roaches, etc. Stay far.......far.... away!!!!

When i got in my room the bathroom was dirty there was hair in bath tub and on toilet seat and back of toilet and keep hearing gun shots out side there was a couple of junk cars out side and some kind of equipment onside of building i check out early Friday morning didn't get any money back will not ever go back there.
