Tv didn’t work. Exhaust fan sounded like a helicopter landing, the elevator was not working. Would not accommodate us to a main floor instead of the 3rd. We were there at 3pm, way before most other quests but was told they were full and can’t move us. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere but was denied. I will not be back

Parking was fine. Desk/work area in the room was not great. Chair was too low for the desk, and the chair was flaking its fake leather material so there were little black specks all over everything. The back door of the hotel was not secured/locked and the push bar to go out was loose and pinched my arm. Elevator was down so I had to lug everything up to the second floor with bad knees. Also, the pool was not open due to maintenance. Pretty disappointed overall.

Shower had a nice big rust stain with no drain plug. The toilet filled to rim of the toilet with every flush. Ripped carpet in front of the door. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable, Swimming pool was unavailable. No salt packets. For the price I paid I would have thought the room and services would have been better.
