This place was nasty. The outside was not very clean and the inside stunk so bad and was kinda dirty. The staff was very nice. Pool looked clean. Our sheets smelled of bleach so bad my eyes burned. Thankfully we only need one night before we moved on to our next destination. One night I could tolerate but I would not have stayed another night. Need to be updated, repainted and cleaned better

Several people living there it smells like weed. There were cops and it was overall dirty. There was mold on ceiling in the bathroom and the grab a go breakfast was empty of things they say they had. The nicest person was the lady that checked me in and they were confused about my two rooms I had already paid for. Glad it was just over night with my family. The cops were next door from where we stayed dealing with something as we were leaving

I have no idea how this place has a 7+ rating. The building is dilapidated, trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The room’s floor was sticky, the shower was moldy, the ac worked but was LOUD. The beds are wrapped in plastic, and on some kind of metal platform that clangs when you turn. At least I didn’t see any bugs, so there’s that. It was $65, so my expectations were not high, but I’ve stayed in $50 places in the area that were much, much better. I would not recommend this particular Extended Stay.

Breakfast was just grab and go (prepackaged muffins, granola bars). Rooms and area were supposed to be non-smoking, but there were cigarette butts all around and people, including some staff, smoking in the walk ways. Parking lot had small spaces and someone hit our car and didn’t leave a note.

I first want to emphasize how amazing the staff were! They were friendly and professional even when an unruly aggressive guest presented. They handled it well. Secondly, the pool was very clean. They need more towels and chairs to accommodate guest. Many of us were sitting on the ground. The room- this was awful. Very outdated and not cleaned at all. It seems bare minimum cleaning and we wore our shoes the entire time. I will include pictures. There were 6 flies in my room when I came in. I was disturbed about the condition of the room. Since long term guest are present I would recommend a thorough deep cleaning of the rooms when they depart. I want to say the hotel is in a beautiful setting and very convenient. It's right off the highway and many things near by.

Rooms were a little small, no carpet on floor so walked on bare floor. Floors were a little dirty. Nevertheless hotel staff were very accommodating and helped with extending my stay for one more night while I was attending to my mom at hospital.
