Probably got what we paid for. Pretty old hotel, definitely showing signs of age. Beds were clean. Our cold water faucet didn't work in the room, but we were in town for a sporting event and we spent very little time in our room so it wasn't a huge deal. Very small TV in the room, if that matters to you. Our main concern was that the exterior doors to the multiple side entrances didn't require a card to gain access. Again, if your expectations are aligned with pricing, you'll be fine. If you require more niceties and are ok spending 3x as much, a newer Holiday Inn may be a better fit.

It was ok (not good, but not horrendous). The bed was fairly comfortable but we saw a couple cockroaches (right as we were leaving to check out). The pool is massive, so that was nice. The exterior door (from the side parking lot into the interior hsllway) didn’t lock so they should definitely fix that.

The room was clean, and somewhat update. However, I was needing a room as a local due to being unable to get to my home because of the snow storm. They required me to pay a $100 deposit just because I was a local to the area. I was only getting this room because I need a place in town to stay so that I could make it back and forth to work as my road was not safe to drive. It was but disheartening that exceptions could not be made with the outstanding situation with the weather. The morning front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and I appreciate how nice how quickly they took care of things when it was time for me to check out.

the lady that checked me in went out of her way to help me clear up my double booking with the help of the manager that she called. when i checked out, the counter person was prompt in phoning me that i had left some articles and a real shout-out to the lady that cleaned my room to communicate this before i was too far away to return. This is excellent customer care and my sincere thanks to all at Days Inn.
