Good hotel with a safe area and near a train stations to the main hub. The room was small and the pillow was pretty hard but besides that nice hotel, quiet and clean and friendly staff!

We stayed at this hotel during the earthquake outside Hokkaido on December 8, 2025. The hotel shook badly, and we decided to evacuate as soon as possible. We took the emergency exit, down the stairs from the 13th floor (we had room number 1313!). Once on the street level, we gathered our thoughts and got hold of the hotel staff, and a gentleman named Takasaki calmed my very upset wife in a commendable way. Incidentally, this gentleman made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. He made us more than happy to return here. Btw, he handle our difficult request about our luggage to be sent to different addresses in Japan with a heroic patience😊The hotel itself is not luxury, but in true Japanese spirit it was/is clean and tidy.
