When we arrived there was a long line to check in, there was only one person waiting in line, there was no toilet paper in the room, they didn't clean the room, nor did they change the towels.

Horrible stay

Well the guy at the check in was rude. We ask for towels about 5 times. Never got them. The channel buttons on the remote did not work. Talk yo the guy at the counter 5 times. He kept saying he was coming when someone came in. We never saw him again. The second day i went down 3 times about the remote. We stayed the entire time with no tv. I actually went to the movies while the kids where at the alan jackson concert. Because i didnt wanna sit in the hotel room with nothing to do.

Terrible

I called earlier in the day yesterday to let them know we were arriving late past midnight to check in after a long 10 hour drive, when we arrived nobody was there and even called the number they had displayed and they made us wait all the way till 7 in the morning. With no compensation or anything off the room price. Then forgot we had late checkout and room service came 30 minutes early as if we didn’t even have a late checkout. Terrible service and no communication or help

One night only

The area was ok access to restaurants and the highway. We sprayed the rooms down with Lysol as always first!! The beds were comfy, the room was clean enough, the safe was rusty, the window did not close properly or lock. It seems to be a live in motel for others. The hallway had a sour smell. The stay was only for one night while we attended a concert to avoid driving back home that night. Definitely would not recommend!! But for $60 you get what you pay for!!

Bleach fumes and still gross

Hotels.com had higher overall reviews and we stayed here…. I wish I would have read the reviews on google first. Customer service was fine but the overall state of the whole facility is just bad. Very outdated, It looks like they either DIY’d or hired someone off the street to hang fixtures and install outlets and things… I booked it as two staying and there were only one set of towels.(didn’t realize until we were getting out of the shower so it was to late to fix that with them) our sheets had stains and we had to ask a housekeeper to replace them. The main light when you walk in the door doesn’t work. The floor boards are falling apart and there is rust on everything metal and holes in walls. I saw a roach run and ride when I came out of the bathroom after the shower. Don’t stay here. I don’t trust motel 6 at all anymore.

Fixer upper…

Clean but needs better toilets and roaches at night. Also need to fix their sliding doors because they don’t stay lock without putting down the barrier and the floor board needs fixing.
