It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Loved that the floors were not carpet like most other hotels. The housekeepers were great & it is in a convenient location. Our only complaint is that you can hear noises coming from the rooms above and next t you. Other than that, we loved our stay, would return.

Everything just as shown on website. Location was perfect! Near multiple restaurants and a grocery store. Room spacious and bed and pillows so comfy! We haven’t slept that well in a hotel in a very long time. The hotel was also very quiet. We will definately stay again.

Weekend get away

Great place. Asked for top floor but got 3rd floor. Sure enough some heavy footed person stayin up there, got up 5-6 am but left quickly so we could go back to sleep. Housekeeper woke us up next vacuuming the room around 9:00. We just wanted to sleep in one day! Other than that place was great. They just need one comfortapchair in each room.

Could Adjust the AC

After a more than two hour trip on the hot Texas roads I was delighted to pull into the Aloft Euless…the person who checked me in was top notch, courteous and professional. She welcomed me with great information and a genuine smile! Was looking forward to head up to the room and cool off…BUT…when I got up there I found I could adjust the AC temperature…I tried to adjust the temperature and decided to leave for dinner to give the room time to cool down…several hours later I returned and the room was still as hot as when I left it…

Just OK

We were only here for an overnight between flights & the hotel satisfied our needs in that regard. It was clean, close to the airport, and had a few restaurants in the same area that we could walk to. My only complaint is regarding breakfast, which was supposed to be included in our rate. However, there was no continental option & we were supposed to be able to order it to our room, but there was neither a menu nor instructions in the room. We ended up grabbing overpriced granola bars from the lobby mart on our way out (and expensive breakfast at the airport when we arrived).

Not horrible.

No info given at check in about check out time, breakfast, wifi. Just room key- bye. No info in room either had to google it. Room was nice. Bed wasn’t the comfiest, my husband and I both woke up with sore backs. We’ve learned to bring a sound machine cause the lovely house keepers that start cleaning at the crack of dawn. We could still hear people over the sound machine. Nice area. I don’t know if we will stay there again.

Don’t leave anything behind

Stayed only one night and was up very early to catch a Friday flight. After I got home I realized I left my portable router on the table in the room. I tried calling the hotel direct line several times and it just rung without an answer. Finally Saturday night someone answered. The guy I talked to asked me to call tomorrow to speak with the Manager, so I did. I explained everything and she put me on hold to to talk to housekeeping. After a long hold she came back and said nope they didn’t see it, sorry….bye. I know with 100% certainty it was there when I left. It just disappeared like magic. I will be speaking to Corp., but if their attitude is the same as the Manager’s…..I know where I won’t stay ever again. The moral of the story here is…they have none.
