The staff was very nice, as was hot coffee in the lobby and the shuttle that took us to the lifts. The room was outdated and overly oacjed wuth furniture, making it a tught fur gor a damiky of 4 with the pullout couch. Our lication was not as great as anticipated. Although we were right next to the village, it was still a 10min treck by foot to get food or to any services.

Overall, the space is dated. The staff was super friendly, especially Jillian and Scott. However, my room had some sort of leak on the floor and it was damp in the bedroom when you stepped on it also, the TV in the second room was broken along with the telephone. I am looking for some sort of compensation and the supervisor was supposed to follow up on that. Please let me know how I follow up on some sort of compensation refund thank you.
