Front desk was attentive at check in and during a phone call for a possible lost item realized at 4:30 am while preparing to leave for my flight. The front desk agent went to look in the restaurant for my missing item - thankfully, I realized I packed it differently and found what I thought I had lost, but the agent took time to find it and I appreciate her kindness. My sister and I had dinner at the bar where we received excellent service from Brandon, lots of laughs with the other patrons who have been stranded by the winter storm, and really great food! Overall, a great stay, thanks to a wonderful staff.
