Terrible place.

Terrible place. Dirty, smelled like old stinki building with drugs. No blankets to cover, dirty sheets. No room service, only 2 towels total. No breakfast or even coffe/ tee, it is advertised as a free breakfast. Terrible, terrible place. Hard to believe it is on Hotel.com.

Money trap. Don’t do it! It’s not a DEAL lol

I didn’t stay. We were on a road trip from the beach, the kids needed a break and it was a good deal with a pool. Got there, drove around to see local “zombie” looking people appeared to be living there. Nothing against those people, just not where you want to take a family with 3 kids lol. The pool was dark green and closed. We didn’t even go in to check in, it was NASTY. the reason for stopping was a pool. We contacted hotels.com and they assured us we could get a refund but now they can’t get ahold of the hotel, so I decided to tell everyone about it so you don’t make the same mistake. Trust me, it’s not a good deal, it is a trap!!

Quality Inn in Winston-Salem University

I have no great news about this place! There was blood all over the bed table the tables were on two legs. Bed bugs everywhere. We asked for a different room and this time there was Poo and the floor and bed bugs everywhere .

Although it was a cheap hotel and the service rep there was kind, the area had a problem with cleanliness and drug users. The wifi was non existent and if you don't have a car, ubers take 15 mins to arrive.

Do not stay here!

Very poor condition of facility. Pool as closed. Refrigerator outside of room that we had to bring in and plug in ourselves. Trash everywhere. Looked more like a drug dealing spot with dirty guests and I had my family. We stayed one night and rebooked somewhere else

BEWARE

Worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. No tv remote in room, no towels or tissues.Bathroom had mold all over wall.Toilet seat all rooked. They put a large armoire in the room because I guess it just wasn't small enough! We know these are not Hiltons and we stay at QI's for the quicky one night stays but this was absolutely the worst of all.

HOTEL SHOULD CLOSE

There was old food and someone else's hair on my sheets. The office said they couldn't give me fresh sheets because their laundry room was at the back of their property. My bathroom had no doorknob and all of the outlets were pushed into the wall so they couldn't be used.

Property was not clean at all. Bubbling urine still in the toilet, what looked like ketchup sprayed over the walls. Mold in the corners of the ceiling and wall. Folded towels looked used from the last people. Shower floor covered in sand and dirt. Needless to say, we left immediately.
