Serves its purpose as a relatively low cost place to sleep when passing through. Mattress was not padded and I could feel the springs. There were a few work trucks in the parking lot right outside my room that had guys sleeping in the cab all night and then those guys raided the breakfast bar in the morning.
I booked and paid for a room on hotels.com, and noticed later when checking my credit card statement that there was a separate $76 charge from Baymont inn & suites on my credit card. I didn't use any incidentals, damage anything etc. Normally a credit card hold for incidentals shows as a "pending" charge and never actually gets billed. I called the hotel and they told me, "oh the front desk ran your card wrong, we will reverse that". I'm still waiting for that charge to be reversed on my card a few days later.
Geeze, now that I type this out, I'm feeling like my stay was not very good at all.
