It was extremely clean, unfortunately the whole experience was let down, by the bed linen not being changed. It had human hair on it. And obviously had not been changed. I did let the front counter know, in the morning. But that night I had just finished a 10 hour drive. And was exhausted.

The floors in the room haven't been mopped in months and the bottom of my socks were black from the fifth, the coffee pot was filled with old coffee and an old coffee packet the locking mechanism on the door was sketchy at best and then when I went to the dining room to get a cup of coffee at 10 minutes till 9:00 the staff had removed all the coffee cups.

There was nobody EVER at the front desk. Had to stand there for awhile before anyone ever came. Housekeeping just walks into the room without knocking, and the doors dont lock. They are REAL funny about vaping in the hallway and rooms, but didnt care that there was dog hair in the bathtubs and all around the toilet. Also didnt care about people smoking marjiaunua right outside of the doors and blowing smoke out all over when my kids were walking by. We had a double bed, and you could hardly even walk around the room bc of NO space. The guy in the front was extremely rude to my husband about an error that was made with THEIR system when checking in. we managed because my husband was working around here but NEVER. AGAIN.
