8/10 Good

Close to a bunch of attractions
Russell, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Breakfast was amazing, suite was comfortable. Only issue was we didnt realize it was part of the Best Western, so finding where to check-in was a little difficult.
JaNae, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Large property with several room options and great breakfast buffet. It is in a walk able location and is central to the Mt Rushmore and area.
Katie, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The property was a great base for touring Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer, Needles! Close to everything. We could walk to restaurants. They had a very nice pool and hot tub. Everything was clean. The only downside was that the interior is dated in the condo and everything is a little dark. But it worked out great for us, and we were very pleased.
Dana, 5-night trip

8/10 Good

Other than the yard in dire need of attention, the place was decent.
Paula, 6-night trip

8/10 Good

Love having an apt as we can have our private spaces. Location is great. Lawn needs mowing and landscape needs weeding. Very overgrown. Makes it look shoddy.
JODI, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

We did not check in, if the property is allowed to be this run down I could only imagine the inside. The outside of the building gives the impression that the hotel is closed and has been for quite some time.
Nikki, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Needs some maintenance and updating. Lawn and flower/rock beds were overgrown. Breakfast was ok. Parking was convenient. Area was close to a lot of attractions.
Shawna, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Private and quiet apartment with plenty of room for a family of 5. Close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Beautiful area of the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Jessica, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The apartments are great for a family . Having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms are a huge bonus . The hide a bed suck- 2 years in a row . The showers hot , good pressure, good supply of towels that are big enough for the average joe. Continental breakfast is a win to start the day with hot food. Then you don’t have to stop your day to find food before it starts . Don’t let the lack of lawn care scare you away !
Emily, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

Spacious! Large rooms! Great for families or the need to spread out. It is a bit dated. They have very 90’s vibe yet everything seems very unused. The carpet padding is still very responsive. There are no usb outlets so bring a few bricks with you!!! Check in is at the Best Western but these 32 units are more remote and quiet. Still, lots of walkable options.
Michael, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The property is old and outdated. It appears to be an old apartment building converted into suites. We were on the first floor and could hear everything from the room above. When someone cooked you could smell it throughout the building. We were comfortable and slept well. I would consider it like an old lower end hotel — “luxury” is not an accurate description.
Garvis Dwaine, 6-night trip

6/10 Okay

Grass was over a foot high on property. Weeds everywhere. Property in general seemed a bit run down. We had lights burned out in bathroom, ceiling fans on high with no way to adjust them. Staff was nice. Just expected a lit nicer place for the price. Won’t stay there again.
Noel, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

This property is good for a one or two night stay. The apartment was set up really nice and this place was only a 15 minute drive to Mt Rushmore. Very close to several places to see and eat within 15 to 30 minute drive. Badlands are about a 90 minute drive east. Custer State Park is very close to this hotel/apartment. Very nice place for a weekender if you want to see the Black Hills.
Joseph, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I enjoyed the apartment like room that we had. It is intended for long stays but was perfect for our vacation since it had 2 bedrooms. One for us and one for my parents. The living room was good sized and has a pullout couch. The furniture in the living room wasnt too comfy but we didnt spend too much time there anyways. Lots of stuff to so in the area. My parents cant walk that far but its walkable distance from the main strip in town. Id stay here again!
Tamara, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

We thought we were booking a hotel suite. It ended up being a former apartment complex. We couldn't find where to check in. Ended up having to walk through 2 other buildings and across a parking lot to get to a hotel that was part of the "suites". Rooms were great other than stairs everyway
Donna Zach, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Stayed here for 2 nights,Could be better as the is old and needs new carpet. Saw beetles crawling in the mornings or the carpet. Towel hanger came off. The pool need more frequent cleaning .The good is that they have great /excellent front staff( aka Best Western), i cannot be more pleased with their approach. The breakfast was great.
sarma, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

This hotel is ok, definitely not luxury. We had 2 clogged sinks in the bathroom. No one came to clean our room, replace towels or take out the garbage for the week we spent there. We had to ask them to do the garbage and for new towels, then it was only that day. I do have to say that the free breakfast was very good, lots of variety of breakfast foods Also check in and check out went smoothly and the staff was helpful
Christine, 5-night trip

6/10 Okay

The apartment was in poor condition - curtains and bedding falling apart, lights above stove and kitchen sink didn’t work. The indoor pool was disgusting and the outdoor pool was very small and unheated. Breakfast was appreciated and the apartment functioned for our needs.
Keisha, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The property was a bit unkempt with weeds and grass growing over the sidewalks and along the fence line, but I'm sure that was due to the weather. They were weedeating the grounds while we were there. Loved the suite we stayed in! One suggestion: if the suite buildings could be labeled on the outside with a "1" or "2" or "A" or "B". Would easily stay here again!
DeAnna, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Accomodations were spacious and clean, but it's apparent the owner is reluctant to update the property. The living room furniture is like sitting in a hole, the desk needs repair and the landscaping outside the building has been neglected. It's way overgrown, full of dead wood and weeds.
Roy, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very nice would definitely stay there again
Jessica, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

We booked what was advertised as a "luxury suite." It was actually a small apartment complex that was repurposed into hotel rooms. It was confusing to know where to check in, as it was actually run by the Best Western next door. While it was nice to have 2 rooms, it was not luxury or a suite. There was mold in the shower, due to no venting. The building doors were propped open with rocks, so no security. The pool was heavily chlorinated, in which our kids made comments. One night stay was fine, but would not go back.
Diana, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very nice hotel.
Harry, 2-night trip

It was spacious, quiet, good breakfast.
