A decent hotel in good location.

The facility itself has been old but is clean. The staff are nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Many restaurants & cafes are available near the hotel which is also nice.

This hotel is okay, but over priced for what they offer. It gets super noisy from the people in the outdoor pool, literally sounds like they are next door, even though we were 3 floors up. The large balcony windows didn't block sounds or the strong ocean wind either. I booked this hotel 2 months prior to the trip, I expected they should reserve better view than ocean view that's all covered by other hotels. Their elevator is limited compare to the number of the rooms they have. Their towels are too old.

Unwelcoming Reception and Extra Charges

The receptionists were quite unfriendly. They refused our request for early check-in in a dismissive manner and even charged extra for storing our luggage. It felt like they were fully booked and didn't see the need to treat their guests with kindness.

During my stay here, there hasn't been any major discomfort, but one thing that was really challenging as someone staying on a lower floor was the noise from the swimming pool late into the night. It made it very difficult for me to sleep well. However, the location was good, and in fact, it was clean.
