We took our kids for there birthday the love the pool and breakfast… now the pool did get shut down for chlorine check but the next day I asked the front desk if the pool would open early so we could enjoy extra time and they were so very kind to open it early and give us an extra hour for check out. I highly recommend the embassy if your staying in Jonesboro they really go the extra mile for there customers

Staff was great. Rooms were great. The only issue was the pool. They closed it to clean it; which is great but it happened more than once within our weekend. It makes more sense to clean it after hours esp with several kids ball teams staying at the hotel and using the pool for entertainment. Nothing huge. We will still book when in town.
