Terrible place, room smelled terrible. Dirty, very worn, outlets not working, sink stopper not working, dresser was filthy and tried to repair drawer with a 2x4. Ant in cereal at breakfast area. Kept shoes on and lights on so no roaches would get me.

This is a good choice for people on a budget. You won't get a fancy breakfast, but you'll get a clean, decent suite at a reasonable price. My only gripe that the wifi is sometimes weak, which might rule it out for business travelers. If you just want a decent room, though, then this is a good choice.
