This place was actually pretty good. The price was low, it was clean and they are currently remodeling. Great breakfast and plenty of staff onsite. No disappearing fromt desk clerks to run a shuttle service. All drivers working the shuttle were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Property was renovating to become Spark Hilton so work was going on and updating rooms and property that took place early morning so you heard drilling and hammers. Wasn't a bad distraction but lobby wasn't finished with furniture but eat area was in great condition and looked beautiful and my room was nice only thing was it was a used soap bar in shower instead of a new one but I used my own and shower gel on wall.

Clearly undergoing a rebranding. Much less welcoming and comfortable than 2 years ago. Breakfast room looks like a kindergarten room with a lot fewer options. Lobby once had comfortable club chairs and a fire place, now has four rickety rocking chairs. New painting is shabblily applied. Front desk staff were surly. Only bright spot continues to be free shuttle service to/from O’Hare and convention site
