The website and signs on the property state "smoke-free"; however, the halls smell like cigarettes and the smoke detector in the room was covered in plastic so it wouldn't go off from smoking. Bedding all had stains. Ice machine didn't work. Workout room is old and dated, not anything like the photo online shows. Staff issued one card, didn't ask how many we needed and didn't put the wifi information on there.
