The customer service is subpar. No one is hardly at the front counter to greet guests.
When they are at the front, they are on their phone and do not even look up to greet you. The hotel itself was hot in the corridors, but air was felt in the rooms. Nothing is inviting about entering this hotel and it never got better.
At one point, both elevators were out of order, but then only one of them was fixed to work. On the third night of our stay there were no towels to use for bathing, only towels to dry off. There was no resolution was given to this matter, nor was one attempted to be figured.
The whole building could use an upgrade and customer service training needs to be implemented. I would not recommended this hotel nor would I stay here ever again.
