Little gem in Athens

This is my second time staying at this gem of a hotel in the best neighborhood in Athens! The city is so busy and crowded but this hotel is an oasis of calm within walking distance to anywhere you’d want to go! I will definitely be staying here again. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff are so friendly and helpful and have wonderful recommendations for where to go and what to do. Love it here!

Yannis, the manager at Monsieur Didot, was such an incredible host! He wrote out a 10 hour itinerary with food, site seeing, drinks and best terraces for the sunset. I followed it exactly and had the most amazing day in Athens - I will definitely be coming back to get recommendations from Yannis. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are large, beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and the small details (like fresh lavender at bed side) made it my favorite hotel ever. Yannis also left us personal breakfast boxes in our mini fridge so we had something to eat at 5 AM when we left for our next stop.

Lovely hotel in a vibrant area

Hotel is in a great location - close to shops and restaurants. They offer a lovely breakfast - including a vegan menu, and they even a to-go breakfast delivered the night before for early travellers. The room was very spacious. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Bathroom is large and private. Amazing shower. A little noisy as it’s on the first floor (not the ground floor) in a busy area, but nothing too disruptive. Customer service was top notch.

What a wonderful experience I will remember my whole life. The ladies were kind and wonderful. I was traveling alone as a single girl so I appreciated that. The rooms and property beautiful. The breakfast provided wonderful. I loved that they give you a breakfast page for every day of your stay with all sorts of things where you can mark what’d you like to have, you can have anything and as much from the page.
