We had a wonderful stay at the Carlton Hotel Singapore. We were pleasantly upgraded and offered an early check-in, which made our arrival so smooth. The staff were warm and accommodating, even allowing a late check-out and the use of luggage storage and shower facilities later in the afternoon after check-out — a rare and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended for both comfort and service!

My family stayed for 4 nights in October 2025. Overall stay is good. The location is convenient; we walked to Merlion park. There is a big shopping mall across the street and hawker center in the back. We didn't tried the breakfast at the hotel because we want to explore local Singaporean breakfast culture.
