Property is in a mixed neighborhood. Target n Whole Foods as well as new condos, restaurants bars n shops nearby. Excellent, very helpful staff; basic but adequate breakfast included. Rooms in the back of the guest registration building are amazingly quiet even though a busy, heavily trafficked road is in the front of the property.
