Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was clean and generally well-maintained. The biggest challenge was the check-in process. We were told that check-in instructions had been sent by email, but we never received them. As a result, we had to call for assistance and wait for a return call before the necessary information was provided. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, although a few light bulbs were not working and could use attention. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearly labeled garbage and recycling bins, as waste sorting requirements can be confusing for guests unfamiliar with the local system. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the location of the property, and appreciated the cleanliness and overall condition of the property.

Perfect location, large apartment

This apartment was such a pleasant surprise. The unit is much larger than we expected. We loved everything about it. The location is excellent. The bedrooms are comfortable and very private (separated by long halls from the living room). There were multiple wine bars downstairs and an excellent restaurant across the street. I strongly recommend it.

Property was great. The size of the apartment was perfect. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to visit Rome. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Most attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend this location. Check-in process was very simple, just make sure to communicate with the management company prior to arriving. Only one negative about the apartment is that there is basically nothing to prevent noise from outside. Not one exterior window is sealed properly to eliminate outside noises. You will hear every conversation from the street below. You will hear the trash being picked up early morning. You will hear anything outside the apartment.
