As soon as I walked in the lobby the smell of cleaning supplies was so overwhelming it made me feel sick. Check in took for ever, there were signs all of the wall in the lobby behind the front desk. Stating if you are unhappy with your room you have 20 mins to complain. If you have a dog that hasn’t been told to the front desk there would be a $500 fee.

I got this room for my son. He said it was seedy, dirty and looked like a place where you rented the room for hookers. They ended up not staying because they thought it was not safe. I would like my money back and for you to not put this motel on your website. Please call me 617-869-8848

I didnt get to stay got called into work. The room looked great but the smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming. No elevators dragging bags up stairs. They were rude and seemed put off that i didnt let them know i wasnt able to stay.. i paid for the room so idk what the problem was. No refund!

Staff was ok, breakfast was ok. Our biggest issue was the shower, barely enough water came through to say it was even a shower, I had to get out and rinse my hair in the sink!!😡 when I brought it to their attention they just said sorry. Tv remote had no batteries in it, but that was an easy fix, they took care of that. The end table had cigarette ashes (or of likeness) in it?!?! Before we got there, still had them after 2 days there, in a non smoking room. Sheets on the bed were clean.

When I walked in to the room that I was originally given, room 228, it smelled like massive amounts of perfume. There was hair on the bed, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the bottle of shampoo was pushed like it had been used. It was unacceptable to me, so I went to the front desk and complained. The lady on duty showed me another room, also on the second floor, but it also smelled like massive amounts of perfume. Not acceptable. I told the lady that this would not do. She was able to show me another room on the first floor. It was much smaller than the other rooms. However this room did not smell like perfume. The TV in this room, room 202, did not work. I have pictures from that original room, room 228. The stay at this Quality inn and suites was not fun and should have been so much better. It was terrible. I will never stay at a Quality inn and suites again.
