The area is safe and the staff is super friendly. The floor of our room felt gritty and the shower was such a fine mist of water that bathing took quite a while. But we chose not to spend a lot of money, and for the money we spent, it was acceptable. Having coffee right downstairs was a plus!

The safe in the room didn't work and the staff didn't know how to get it working. The floor was never cleaned and made my socks black after walking around for a couple minutes. I had no towels, no shampoo, no soap. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere causing the floor to become very wet. I was charged 120 pesos to have 2 kg of laundry cleaned. After being told it would only be 60 pesos. My hotel in downtown CDMX charged 30 pesos per kg. The hostess was very strange when I checked out. I gave her the key and she immediately started typing on her phone. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no without looking up. Very strange. Never again.

Busco mucho antes de reservar y es la primera que me decepciona mi elección. El hotel tiene detalles lindos, interesantes. Pero sería mejor que se llamara hostAl de lujo, en lugar de hotel. Mi habitación era muy grande, demasiado para 2 personas Tenía sala, mesa con 4 sillas... Se oye bien pero la cama estaba en un tapanco junto con el baño. Y tenía una cama levantada pegada a la pared. Facil era para 5 personas. Pero al mismo tiempo era austera Siendo Puebla en invierno, no tenía cobija, tuve que pedirla y sí la usamos. Por la mañana no salió agua caliente, tuve que bajar a pedir lo arreglaran. El personal es amable,. Pero tener que pedir cosas básicas no está bien. La habitación de mi madre tenía un look deprimente, triste, austero. Y también tenía un tapanco con una cama individual arriba, con una escalera tipo litera. Nueva mente, sabor a hostal. Por otro lado, el estacionamiento no es del hotel, nos recomendaron uno que costó $250 de 9pm a 8:30am Y esta a 3 cuadras. Por último, lo que para mí lo convierte en hostal... No tiene planta baja. Es un café. Al fondo, en la caja del café, es la "recepción" Subes unas escaleras angostas y largas, hasta el primer piso donde están todas las habitaciones. No me gustó.
