Location is ok, handy for tourist centre and Midi station, yet in a 'better' part of the street. Room was quiet, clean, modern. Staff were all very helpful and nice. I left luggage with no issues. On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was very decent for the price. The hotel is rather noisy though, with noise from the street, from other rooms (TVs and talking), and even the pipes (flushing toilets, showers etc.). But overall a good stay, and the location is excellent for downtown Brussels.

Nice room we had, really comfy after a day or sightseeing! We slept well! The elevator was a little slow but not a big deal. We stayed at the hotel during a very hot week so wasn’t much aircon in the lobby but had it in our room! Yummy breakfast too!
