Awful communication - average flat- great location

Booked 48 hrs before my stay when I landed in Dubai I still had no communication on my accommodation. Asked concierge to find alternative accommodation and the company he called had my booking! So managed to check in at last. Flat was fine for what I needed as only sleeping there but very tired furniture - old and basic sofa. Needs painting. Bed comfortable though and loads of storage . Location more important for me as my friends live on 14 floor. Check out was easy and good communication.
