Que at the front desk checked me in, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the process quick and easy and gave me a genuinely warm welcome after a long day of travel. My family stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament in Columbia, SC. Perhaps the most friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, very warm and family friendly lobby. This is my second visit to this location due to being displaced from my home because of a fire. My first stay was for 3 months and this stay is for 19 days. I initially selected this location because it was pet friendly and near my home while it was under construction. In both instances, I have found the staff from front desk to maintenance to be pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. I particularly like how clean the hotel is kept in it's common areas and even the exterior. Having a cooktop in addition to a microwave is especially convenient for a long-term stay. All rooms havea standard size fridge and a nice size freezer. In general, the location is quiet, even though it is situated next to a highway. The rooms are large and the facilities are in excellent working order. I'd like to give a special shout out to Jeremy the hotel manager who has been an especially helpful. This hotel is a stand out for me and I highly recommend it.

Hotel was ok. Staff was friendly. We stayed in an accessible room with roll in shower. There was no grab bars and the roll in shower was not a roll in shower. We asked for more pillows and blankets for pull out bed but hotel had only one pillow and no blankets. We could not believe that a Hilton hotel had no sheets or pillows to give us and my wife thinks the one pillow they gave us was dirty. We will not stay here again
