Lobby, front staff- awful inconsistent treating guests NaraMoon&RaOn having eyecontact failure issue(worst manner at front)-at checkin., inconvenient Room ever- wobbly watertap unit, no hot water in the morning, once faucet turning to hotwater side then water flow as dripping, shower head unit keep sliding down, no space for my toiletries on basin area- such an old-fashioned room, etc. Such a shame on sheraton. This fourpoints is worst ever amongst fourpoints in Asia. Better go to Lotte or shilla nearby at the same price.

The rooms are clean and sound proof with nice beds. Hotel is located near to the Digital complex metro station, which makes the commuting to other parts of Seoul quite a breeze. The breakfast is nice with varieties. They have evening street food festivals on limited days of the week with music.
