The special instructions only appeared after I confirmed my payment. These instructions stated that I could not book a stay for the same day. So off the bat I paid for a night that I wasn't even eligible for.
I attempted to see if the staff could meet with me the same day to no avail.
Overall it was a horribly stressful eperience. The Expedia staff kept transferring me to different customer specialist, were I had to keep repeating my delimma. I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card.
