Front desk staff was amazing. Facilities were beautiful. Room was very well equipped neat and tidy and great view. one GLARING issue, there were two TVs and once had no remote (thus, no way to use it) and the other had a remote with dead batteries. VERY annoying

My husband & I enjoyed a weekend stay here. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view of Dallas from our room was amazing!! We visited the onsite coffee shop twice. My only recommendation would be to make sure you bring any refreshments you may want with you. I had a hankering for a coke late at night. There is nowhere to get one without driving out. All in all, we would return here again.

Very poor service

I called 4x ask for an early check in. No one answered on two occasions. Two different people told me two different things. One person said it wasn’t possible for an early check in (for a fee). I was happy to pay. The second person told me they would alert me as soon as my assigned room has been cleaned. I didn’t receive any alert. I was supposed to receive a text with my keycafe code to retrieve my keys. I didn’t receive any alert. I had to call to get it. I got my keycard and opened the unit. There were crumbs everywhere. The bed was unmade and used. The bathroom was uncleaned and toilet was full. They profusely apologized and offered 57$ for my troubles. Will never use Locale again. I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but the 57$ felt more insulting than no refund.

Not a good experience

This is not in any way a hotel. It is a huge apartment building overlooking a noisy interstate highway. The parking situation is confusing and difficult. There are no staff to help you. My first room had a broken toilet and a bathtub that was stained brown. I was moved to a new room, but had to take all of my luggage down from the 24th floor at 11pm, turn in a key to a lockbox, get a new code and key, and haul everything back upstairs. If you are looking for an easy travel experience, this is not your place.

Stay Away from The Katy!!!

For starters, the check in process was burdensome and not efficient. I booked this reservation thru Hotels.com. They have all my information on file. Why did I have to enter everything all over again? The check in time was 4:00 PM. I asked for early check-in, and they said it was not available. The elevators were quite slow. I don't think all of them were in service during my stay. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was terrible! No housekeeping service was provided. I sent laundry down on Tuesday. It was supposed to be returned on Wednesday. When I inquired on Wednesday, I was told the laundry was never picked up on Tuesday - so my laundry was never done! There was a small coffee stand in the lobby, but no other food available. This was a 30-floor apartment building, and they didn't even have an ATM in the building (or nearby). The apartment is totally overpriced for what you get! This was by far the worst room I have ever booked on Hotels.com! Stay Away!!!

Poorly Managed

This property is not flexible at all. With 1200 flights cancelled into Dallas due to a winter storm, they wouldn't let me cancel my reservation. This was a really poor response to something completely out of my control.

Very Great Balcony View. Good Communication. Check in process is easy, instructions were accurate. 5-8 Minute Walk To American Airlines Arena. Clean and Comfy Bed. Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, good bathroom with amenities. Will return and recommend. Small couch, could work for sleeping but it's not ideal if you're staying long term and want a good night sleep on it.

Very spacious two bedroom condo. Spent two nights as we were going to the stars game. Amazing view from the condo and the balcony of downtown Dallas, AAC, and Trinity River. Check in instructions were very detailed and accurate. Attendant at the building was very helpful. Only issue we had was parking card to open garage did not work. Had to go inside multiple times to have attendant come out to open the gate to let us into the garage.

WHAT-A-VIEW!!! We stayed on the 24th floor and felt like we were at the top of the world! The property was so very nice, clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I am a "comfy-bed-snob" lol! I slept so well and enjoyed our time at the hotel and the surrounding area. We were there for a concert and we loved the location to the AA arena. The only issue we had was a coffee maker that did not work. We did not stay long enough for them to replace, but responded immediately to us about it for the next guest.
