No wifi, they working on getting it back up to par, ive stayed in worse, so overall property was adequate for me. Not very family friendly establishment but wasnt my purpose anyway. My gripe is the lady in morning stealing my deposit refused to give it bavk claiming there was blood on sheets. I repeatedly told her no it was soy sauce from the pork pot sticketz we had eaten it wasnt blood. She said 2 housekeepers said it was blood. I asked to talk to them to aske if it was possibly soy sauce cause it was brown i know i spilt it. She refused to grant my request and was a nasty c you next Tuesday for real and straight kept my cash. Shes lucky im a reformed eff up, or shed definitely wouldve tasted the side of my hand, but ive come along way since my hellion days. Anyway hotels.com should remove them from their list cause the police told me that lady does that to everyone. The cop said even if we proved it was soy sauce that specific lady would only pick another reason, the police told me yea no one really gets their deposit back here cause she will only move the goal line. So yea do not go here unless you want to spend an extra 50 bucks cash cause you will not get it back. The manager or who ever it that thing is is a nasty thief and hope an old me puts her in her place sometime. Stay away from this dump

When I arrived, the entrance was locked with a note attached that said they were not staffing the hotel overnight. No phone number to call. No one to let me in. I had to scramble to find another place to stay at 11:00 PM. Stay away from this place.

The lobby is closed from 11pm-7am making myself and 4 other guests stranded with nowhere to stay. in the morning, the receptionist was so rude and couldn’t care less that i had to sleep in my car because it was not disclosed that you can’t check in late.

The pictures of this hotel on the website are wildly inaccurate. DO NOT BOOK HERE. The place is a dump and is lying about the appearance of the property. And they only accept cash for the deposit which you can't get back if you leave before 7am. This place is a scam and then Hotels.com can't even refund you when you realize it because it's the day of the reservation. Total scam property.

The hotel is in a sketchy area. It’s very dark and not very secure. I had to put cash down for a security deposit that I didn’t know about until I got there. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends stay in that location.

i needed to make a cash deposit of $50.00. but I won't be able to reclaim that unless I stayed pass 7am in the morning when the reception opens up. the receptionist was very nice, but waiting until 7am is an inconvience. My flight was 7:30am in the morning. I decided to just go to airport and actually used the room for only for a few minutes. I won't recommend it to others.

The room was acceptable for the price. However, I had significant issues during check-in. There is a $50 cash deposit that was not disclosed to us in advance. Because of this, I had to go to a local ATM to withdraw cash. To retrieve the deposit, you must wait until the office opens at 7:00 a.m., which makes early departure impossible. Since I had to leave early, I was forced to return later to get my money back. Additionally, loud music was playing until 12:00 a.m., and there were people knocking on my door late at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. Other than these issues, the staff was generally okay.

Ac was broken as well as door lock. Did not feel safe and had to put a chair at the door to have it secured. Staff has no manners, parking lot and hallways were really dark. They also collected a cash deposit of 60 dollars and they weren’t open from 11-7am to have it returned.

It was literally everything. First, the hotel is poorly lit from outside, and does not have any identifying signage. The only sign is for the Econo Lodge so I’m sure you can see how that is confusing when my reservation was for the OYO hotel. It appears the Econo Lodge has closed and this new OYO hotel has taken its spot. However, again, still no signage. Second, the woman at the front desk who looked and acted as though she would rather eat her snacks than do her literal job. Her nails were way too long to be sanitary in hospitality. She was not mean, but she was certainly not welcoming either. Third, no where in the booking was I informed that this hotel was a CASH ONLY establishment that was closed from 11pm to 7am. Had I known this, I would not have reserved here because my flight was leaving at 6am and so I had to just donate them my $50 because the lovely lady at the front desk told me it was either that or go somewhere else at 9pm before my 4am wake up. When we received our room key, we were informed there was no WiFi and we had to take out our own trash. Awfully bold of this hotel to assume that trash wasn’t already there along with the many roaches we shared our room with, that got into our food before we could put it in the fridge. Didn’t matter anyway, the fridge also had roaches, and did not work. This hotel should be removed from hotels dot com. They are disguusting and their hotel description is a lie and so are those pictures of the inside of the lobby and room

Pictures are not accurate, wrong branding on hotel signage. No Wi-Fi available throughout entire property, even though Wi-Fi is advertised online. Front desk is not open 24/7 as advertised. Only one room key was given, and Was told to ensure I didn’t mess up my room key as no one would be on property to issue a new one.
