It didn’t seem safe. Everything was dirty. We didn’t stay. We checked in, went to the room, and immediately checked out with a refund. Cockroaches, spiders, stained sheets, long hair stuck to blanket and sheets, smelled musty…disgusting.

Hookers galore here. Felt very unsafe. Required a $50 CASH ONLY deposit. If you check out before the office opens at 7am, you won’t get your deposit back. I’m pissed. I tried to cancel the rest of my booking and the system wouldn’t let me. I went to a different hotel because this place was so terrible! So unless you are looking for hookers, go somewhere else!

Don’t stay here! It has roaches and it looks like a prison and smells bad. There was garbage piled up for at least 2 days before it was ever picked up. This hotel needs to be closed and seriously renovated.

The hotel is in a sketchy area. It’s very dark and not very secure. I had to put cash down for a security deposit that I didn’t know about until I got there. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends stay in that location.

The lobby is closed from 11pm-7am making myself and 4 other guests stranded with nowhere to stay. in the morning, the receptionist was so rude and couldn’t care less that i had to sleep in my car because it was not disclosed that you can’t check in late.

The staff wouldn’t turn off Netflix to talk to us or make eye contact. All she asked was when we were checking out and I said 5 am cause we have a flight. She pointed to a paper taped to the window saying no check out before 7. I told her we had a flight and she said “you’ll have to cancel” and we got charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the hotel rate when we were turned away due to wanting an EARLY checkout

What makes a hotel isn't if they have issues , but how they handle issues !!! So not only did we have many issues from bugs, cleanliness,roaches and no hot water ! But when we asked for different room so we could shower , we were meet with attitude and lack of concern or action! Only after a call to corporate was the issue even addressed!! Sometimes you get what you pay for and it was cheap , but it is sad when I would never stay there again even if it was free !! Good luck to the next traveler that rolls snake eyes and has to stay at this terrible place!!
