My handicap room the TV didn’t work. Had to he move to a regular room. Went to the pool the furniture was to dirty to set on. The breakfast area only had 1 bagel no toast or coffee.

The hotel has a good location, but the bedding was very dirty and unhygienic; the rooms were old and reeked of grime. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but it shouldn't be this dirty.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Room was pretty nice. The outside of the property was not good at all. Parking lot looked like a storage site for a construction company. Numerous run-down trailers with junk piled on them plus several large trucks making access to parking difficult.

I was billed more than expected, the room had some damages, the bathroom was in horrible shape, the sheets were filthy & stained, the phone in room didn’t have an outlet to plug in for emergencies, the tv showing it had direct tv but only could catch one channel, and most of outlets didn’t hold a charge because outlets were not secure. I would not advise staying here unless you are a construction worker looking for a bed to sleep in. Worst experience by far!

Every single time I was in the room for a long period I would start coughing.I couldn't sleep.I was tossing and turning coughing coughing coughing. There was a humidifier in there, but it was constantly turning red, saying it need to be fixed but no one ever fixed it. I would leave the room to go out to dinner or go to the beach.Go shopping and I would be fine.No coughing, no nothing as soon as I would get back to the room.It would start within fifteen to twenty. There has to be some kind of mold or something in there.That's messing with the room.Please be very cautious.The staff seem to be okay , but they don't seem to really care about the property or the rooms itself. Breakfast was like five sausages , maybe a little bit of cereal and a waffle. Their breakfast is very much to be lacking. I don't think they celebrate any kind of holidays because they didn't decorate nothing.It looks very bland it's just a very dull hotel motel.Whatever you want to call it. I don't recommend this hotel compared to other in the vivity for just a few bucks more. minutes

Got to my room and the toilet didnt flush and the sink did not drain. Luckily the lady at the front dest moved me to another room buuuuttt the toilet didnt flush in that room either so i got moved to another room where everthing worked great the door lock was a little busted but it worked. At about 2:45 am some one desided to knock on our door and run away. But besides all of that the 3rd room was pretty clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

The room smelt like a dirty dog and wet mop. There were wires hanging from the smoke detector, we had so many roaches in the room. I complained to the front desk and they said they would take care of it but we got back and still the same. The bedding were ripped and dirty. Probably the worst stay I have ever experienced.

I am normally not the type to write reviews, if I have a bad experience then I’ll simply forget and move on. However, this is the exception. I have noticed MULTIPLE issues which ironic considering the name is “Quality Inn”. First of all, there is a ENORMOUS amount of BLACK MOLD on the floor underneath the bed, there is also mold in the bathroom underneath the soap holder, and the corners of the bathtub. It is highly concerning that there is mold to begin with. The bathtub is not even clean at all, there were actual dead spiders in it!! The toilet paper holder is broken, it’s literally a box that comes out of the wall when you tear a piece of the paper. Not to mention there are cigarette burns on the sheets AND a questionable brown stain that’s just a straight line into the stock photo painting coming from the smoke alarm. Last time I checked there usually aren’t questionable brown stains. Oh! And the pool is a questionable shade of green too, and no one informed us that the pool was closed too at the front desk so that was lowkey a bummer because I was really looking forward to swimming. Speaking of front desk, the lobby is an entire mess with boxes everywhere. It took fifteen minutes of awkward silence just to check in and get the key because the receptionist had her baby on her lap, which I completely understand if she had no one to watch the child but it was still a little irritating because it shouldn’t have been so slow. All of this, yet I can’t even get a refund.
