It wasn't a bad place to stay the pool was closed so shouldn't advertise pool if it's not going to be open shower was small and floor slippery when getting out so be careful

I tried to reserve a room at the Quality Inn but couldn't. I was picked up at the airport, stayed the night at another hotel, and was taken to the car rental. It was great.

Specially asked if pool was open, was told yes upon arrival told been closed for 5 days... 2nd day there we were locked out of room with no explanation. Dirty, smells and horrible customer service!! Fighting for any type of refund!!

I was booked into a handicapp room which I Did not request. It deprived a truly handicapped person that room. Bed uncomfortable. Flies in the room. Do not like rooms entered directly from the parking lot.
