Check in was very easy. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. We had a very nice experience at this hotel. They also have a complimentary hot breakfast for guests.

From South Carolina to Cherokee, NC

It was pretty cool. Any hotel that offers free breakfast in the a.m. is plus for me and my fiancé. We visited here for the 1st time recently for my big brother birthday. Awesome I’d love to book again, the Casino resort was literally in walking distance. Beautiful place. The hotel was great and we loved the view of the river, the staff was polite and accommodate us with what we wanted. Can't say the same for Expedia, we will never book through them again. Thank you Quality Inn for everything you did, we would gladly stay at your hotel in the future.

Wonderful!!!! We walked into the Lobby, it smelled fresh and clean! Our room was also very clean, spacious, comfy bed, loved the River and Mountain View! The Staff was very pleasant and friendly, definitely must revisit!!!! They have a 100 Sanitation Score!!!
