Hallways needed vacuuming, hall reeked of weed and dog pee. Room also smelled of dog pee. Human tooth hanging out on top of the bathroom mirror. Cabinet for Murphy bed had trash in it including wrappers for edibles. Breakfast area very messy with trash and food all over counters and floors. Trash cans outside overflowing. Took us over three hours to gets blankets, sheets and pillows for Murphy bed. Staff was nice and it’s a great location but they need some lessons in deep cleaning.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Definitely would stay there again. Only problem was when I checked in I had reserved 2 rooms and the day shift gave one of my rooms to someone else so we only had one room. The lady at the desk working the evening shift took care of it and worked it out.

We checked in and went to our room...the door was open and someone clearly had been napping in the bed. Went back to the desk, she gave us the room next door...key didn't work, back to the desk, new key...still didn't work. She came with us and tried the master key. Still didn't work and someone from inside the room hollered wrong room. Back to the front desk again and was assigned yet a 3rd room...an "upgrade" to a suit as that was all that was left. There was a large whirlpool tub in the bathroom..nice...however, the bathroom was open to the rest of the room only partian was a shower curtain, but there was a bathroom door. I will not stay at this hotel again in the future. The hallways were a maze. Took us 30 min to get our room straightened out (she did offer to extend our checkout time by 1 hr as it was now 130 am) and it took me 20 min to find the front desk again the next morning to check out. People were nice but the hotel was not very clean. We did not try the breakfast.

The staff was fine and willing to bring extra towels and bedding quickly when requested. The room appeared to have been neglected. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed very well at all. I don’t know if this was a pet friendly room or not but it seemed like there had definitely been pets in previous to us. My allergies were active.
