Perfect location/walking distance to both the city and the Hans von Heidel arena which was the reason for our stay. Rooms were nice. My brothers room had a light that couldnt turn off but at least be dimmed and my mothers rooms minibar didnt cool, but not big problems at all. Nice staff. This would be a hotel we will book again if going to Hannover another time.

Zimmer war sauber und völlig okay gür einen Kurzaufenthalt, der Service beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig-das Buffet war quasi von den zeitigen Frühstückern leergeräumt, nachgefüllt wurde leider nicht, so dass für alle anderen nur der Rest bzw. von manchen Dingen gar nichts mehr vorhanden war obwohl die Frühstückszeit noch lange nicht zu Ende war.

Relativ zentral gelegen. Bei der Barrierefreiheit ist noch Luft nach oben. Badezimmer absolut zu dunkel und Stolperfalle (Türstopper am Boden angebracht) im Zimmer. Für Menschen mit Sehbehinderung ein Problem. Frühstück reichlich und gut. Getränke aus der Minibar frei.

Der Empfang war super freundlich. Das Zimmer war auf dem ersten Blick ok. Jedoch war das Licht im Bad zu dunkel. Eine Nachtleute war kaputt. Auf dem Fernsehn konnte man nur TV sehen, hätten gerne Netflix geschaut! Das Bett war für 2 zu klein, sind was anderes gewohnt. Das Frühstück ging so.... Das nächste mal buche ich woanders!

Ganz besonders schön fand ich den Tierschutzgedanken bei den Dormero Hotels. Es wird geretteten Tieren eine zweite Chance gegeben und sie dürfen sich dort zu Hause fühlen. Wenn ich wieder in einer Stadt mit Dormero Hotel bin, gebe ich diesem Hotels daher den Vorzug.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt – hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Leider funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts der Kühlschrank nicht, was besonders ärgerlich war, da ich mit meinem Kleinkind unterwegs war und Gläschen kühlen musste. Ich habe direkt am ersten Tag um eine Reparatur gebeten, aber es wurde leider nichts unternommen. Der Zimmerservice kam nur auf ausdrückliche Anfrage – das hätte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas besser organisiert sein dürfen. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und frisch, aber mit 24,90 € pro Person und Tag deutlich zu teuer. Ein Preis von rund 15 € hätte dem Angebot eher entsprochen
