The property and accommodation need a serious upgrade The room needed renovations, the ceiling was starting to come down , the bathtub was seriuosly stained and scratched. I would not recommend staying at this motel 6. We have stayed in other motel 6 properties and they were clean, we'll maintained and pleasant staff.

Very diappointed when I arrived at the motel. No one was in the office. I waited about 10 minutes. Somebody showed up and said no one had been at the office most of the day. He then had to go check on something. 20 minutes later I finally get my room. That was not very good service at all. We’ll think twice about staying at Motel 6 in the future. Actually think I should get my money back. Very, very poor service.

Checked in and just grabbed my key card in the afternoon, didnt go into the room and proceeded to a job I was doing that evening. Came back to the motel around 1:00 am. There were NO blankets on the bed, just sheets. It was in single digits cold. Had to use my coat as a blanket.

I arrived to no one in the office and it locked. I knocked and called to no avail. I called corporate to only be transferred back to the property who was t answering. After nearly a half hour, I went across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn to see if they had a room as it was midnight and I was exhausted. They informed me there should have been a sign to come over to the Holiday Inn and gave me a room to the Motel 6. Upon arrival into the room, it smelled so bad that I started having an allergic reaction. Then I noticed the opened package of Swiffer Sweets on the bed and the key folio from another patron. I drove back over to the Holiday Inn and was given another room. This was cleaner but in very rough shape with broken floorboard and baseboards peeling off in the bathroom. There was also no toilet paper. It was 1230 am at this point and I slept on top the comforter with my sweater as a blanket because I simply didn't trust the cleanliness and beyond exhausted. I left after waking up at 430 in the morning to hit up the rest area on the turnpike to use the bathroom.

This was the worst motel ever. The room had bugs everywhere, trash under the night stand and bathroom vanity, spilled drinks on the dresser from previous people, holes in the bath towels and wash cloths, and the floor was black. I sent pictures and my complaint to their headquarters, asking the cleaning staff and management be terminated. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless changes have been made since September, 2025.
